Deliverability horror stories (and what you learned)
I'll go first. A client was blasting promos from their ROOT domain, no DMARC, buried unsubscribe. One bad campaign tanked their reputation and their invoices started landing in spam too. Lesson: subdomain for marketing, DMARC on, one-click unsubscribe, always.

Cold domain, full-volume launch day. Classic. We learned to warm up gradually starting with engaged users. Painful week.
The number of 'why is launch day in spam' tickets that trace back to zero warmup... you're not alone.
Mine was emailing a list I hadn't touched in a year. Spam complaints through the roof. Now we sunset unengaged contacts religiously.
Reminder that none of this is about how good the email looks. We make gorgeous AI emails in Brew and STILL had to get the auth + hygiene right separately. Two different jobs.
