Automations: prompt-built vs visual builder — what's your take?

I've now built the same welcome series two ways: typed a prompt and let the tool assemble it, and hand-built it in a visual journey builder. Both have a place. Curious where everyone draws the line between 'let AI build it' and 'I need the visual control.'

For standard lifecycle flows (welcome, win-back), prompt-built is so much faster. I described a 3-step welcome in Brew and it produced the steps + on-brand copy. For gnarly conditional branching off product events, I still want Customer.io's visual builder.

That matches my take: prompt for the common 80%, visual/code for the precise 20%. Use the right tool per flow instead of forcing one.
